Is there a limit to the number of design requests allowed?

Nope! Once you subscribe, you can add as many design requests as you want, and we'll take care of them one by one.

How long does it take to get designs?

Usually, we finish most requests in just two-three days or less. But if it's a more complicated request, it might take a longer, eg 3D design takes more time to be finished. You cancheck this table to understand the average timing for each task.

Who makes up the design team?

Prizma Design Support has 7 professional creators who handle various works, from 2D and web design to 3D and motion.

How does the pause feature work?
+
If your design workload varies each month, the pause feature is handy. Billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. For example, if you use the service for 21 days and decide to pause, the billing cycle stops, and you have 10 days left for later.

What design programs do you use?

We mainly use Figma and Cinema4D. We also work with Adobe CC Suit.

How can I request designs?
+
You have flexible options! You can use Trello, share Google docs or wireframes, or even send a short Loom video. If it can be linked or shared in Trello, it's good to go. Our project manager stays in touch with customers through preferred messengers.

What if I'm not happy with the first design?
+
No problem! We'll keep refining the design until it matches your vision.

Are there types of design you don't do?
+
Yes, there are a few things we don't cover, like full branding, medical forms, complex packaging, and extensive print design.

What if I only need one design task?
+
That's totally fine. You can pause your subscription when you're done and start it up again when you need more design. No need to waste any remaining subscription time.

Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?

Sorry, we don't offer refunds because we're committed to delivering top-notch quality. We're here to make sure you're happy with our service!
